Where ever you find yourself, I’d love to help you figure out your next steps through yoga, reflexology, reiki and holistic facials. Offerings
I'm a holistic practitioner – meaning I observe the whole person – physically, psychologically, socially and spiritually rather than focusing purely on any imbalance or symptoms presenting. I work with clients where ever they are on their healing journey and provide a bridge between holistic and conventional medicine.
I offer four treatments that help shift our nervous systems into relaxation mode to give a sense of comfort and calmness from where our bodies and minds have time and space to reset and heal. This can often begin a process that helps ease many physical conditions such as poor digestion, hormonal imbalance, low immunity, fatigue and aches and pains; and emotional conditions such as anxiety, uneasiness, agitation and tension. All of these rebalancing treatments work with any presenting systems or issues revealed during the initial consultation. After care advice is given after each treatment if required so that the restorative effects can continue after and between treatments.
Yoga
As a yoga teacher, my job is to help you re-connect to yourself through movement and breath, accepting yourself how you are right now. When practiced regularly, yoga can help bring about profound changes in how we see ourselves and the world around us.
Weekly classes or 121’s available. My 121 sessions are a great way to introduce you to yoga, or to help you find a daily practice that works for you.
Breathwork 121's
These sessions can bring about powerful change, especially in clients working with easing anxiety. The session begins with some gentle movement, then an appropriate breath pattern for the clients needs, followed by a relaxing guided meditation.
Reflexology
Although by no means a cure all, there are numerous physical and mental benefits to be gained through this therapeutic foot treatment. These may be due to the release of tension and deep relaxation during the session that allows the body to switch from the 'flight or fight' to the 'rest and digest' nervous system. This allows the body precious time out from the physical and emotional stresses of everyday life.
Holistic Facial & Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
So much more than a traditional beauty salon treatment, a nurturing facial working with acupressure points and meridians (energy pathways) in the face, neck, shoulders and scalp (Neal's Yard Organic products used).
Or choose head, neck and shoulder massage - a treatment specially designed to release tension around the mentioned areas through a firmer massage.
Reiki & Chakra Balancing
A soothing practice whereby ‘universal healing energy’ is directed wherever it is needed in the client, be that on a physical, emotional or spiritual level. Or try Chakra Balancing - a more esoteric treatment for those interested in working more with the body’s inherent energy pathways and gathering of Prana (lifeforce energy). Crystal, fragrance and sounds are used in this balancing treatment.

Cancellation policy – please allow 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule so someone else can take your appointment.

A lovely nurturing couple of hours with a mix of yogic philosophy, breathwork and gentle but purposeful yoga, time for reflection and a cup of herbal tea, and ending with deep relaxation or yoga nidra. Followed by chat and chocolate! Leaving you feeling calm, nourished, content and part of a growing community of like-minded people.
About
I began my working life as an orthopaedic student nurse, sadly I didn’t continue my studies to become a fully registered general nurse, but the memories and learning have always remained with me. I continued to work within healthcare – both with older people and people with learning disabilities until reading a book in 1988 called “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay. This really was life-changing as I began to observe the link between our emotions and how our bodies function, leading me to explore holistic medicine and consequently train as a Reflexologist in 1989.
Since then, I’ve practiced throughout with some breaks here and there as my life path dictated, and over time added more tools to my kit including Reiki and yoga. I am a nature addict and remain committed to learning, personal development and helping my clients and students understand themselves and how to find balance in body and mind.
